File info:

ASCii file of fixed length records terminated by a carriage-return and line feed, which is suitable for importing into many database programs. Lookup your area-code/exchange in positions 1-6; if its found and you obtained the phone number prior to the date in positions 10-17, you need to replace the area code with that in positions 7-9.
